Refund Policy
At Artystrokes.com we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is satisfactory. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns and exchanges.
General Cancellations: We do not provide refunds for general cancellations as our products are bespoke and made to order.
Damaged Products: If you receive a product with a material defect or damage caused during shipping, you may request a return. To initiate the return process, please document any external damages to the packaging on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of receipt, and contact us asap.
Exchange Request: If both the external packaging and the product inside are damaged, please contact us immediately via email with clear images and video of the damaged product. We will process your exchange request promptly.
Video Documentation: For cases where the external packaging appears intact but the product inside is damaged, we highly recommend recording a short video while opening the package. If the product is indeed damaged, share the video with us to expedite the exchange process.
Custom Made Artworks: Returns are not accepted for custom-made artworks, regardless of whether they were ordered, and regardless of the delivery location.
Lost in Transit: In rare cases where a product is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement product or offer a full refund, according to your preference.
Refund Process: If you are eligible for refunds, they will be credited to your bank account within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. Please note that the timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refunds on workshops: Refunds/cancellation are full refundable upto 24 hours of ticket purchase, 50% refundable upto 7 days prior to event date and NON REFUNDABLE in last 7 days from the date of event. However, ticket are can be transferred to full amount for any upcoming events or if private event, new date will be provided as per agreement.
Workshop cancellation: In the event that we have to cancel a workshop due to some unforseen circumstances, ticket will be full refundable.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: BRADFORD, L3Z 3C1, Ontario,Canada.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
